MAKING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES HAPPEN IN CENTRAL VISAYAS REGION: Joined by various industry and business stakeholders, associations, chambers of commerce, national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) conducted its first roadshow on the Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP) in Cebu City on July 19, 2022, wherein the participants were informed of the salient features of the recently-approved SIPP as well as the business opportunities that await them through numerous incentives. Further, the SIPP was well-received by the private sector, as it sparked their interest on the incentives they could get from investing in the region.
